Calligraphy Health Practice

If you've learnt Calligraphy Health from Master Yang, myself or any other teacher, you'll know we all encourage you to:

  • Develop your personal practice

  • Practice regularly

  • Dive deeper into the practice

We've all told you that the physical and psychological benefits of Calligraphy Health come from regular, deep practice.

But

  • Practising on your own can be boring

  • You might have been tempted to cut a practice session short. (You might've skipped a practice altogether.)

  • Practising on your own is sometimes lonely

If you find it difficult practising on your own, you're not alone.

I also know how challenging it can be, at those times when I couldn't motivate myself to do it. And sometimes I forget the details and wish there was someone I could ask or at least copy from during a practice session.

Practising with someone else gives you:

  • Motivation to show up

  • Collective energy to strengthen your own flow

  • Social accountability to sustain your practice

  • Opportunity to learn from each other

  • Inspiration to practise movements that you might have forgotten about or haven't learnt yet

I'm Van and I teach Calligraphy Health in Sydney, Australia, and online.

Van Truong, Calligraphy Health Teacher

But more than simply teaching the movements, I help students establish their own personal Calligraphy Health practice.

If you'd like to find out whether or not I can help you build your own regular Calligraphy Health practice, let's chat.
